An absolutely incredible moving experience! I've used four separate moving companies in Atlanta and this has been the smoothest of all of the moves by FAR. Each member, of the five member crew, were professional, kind, and hard working. They worked for the entire seven hours of the move and not once did I worry. Prior to booking, I had a virtual tour with Glen, whom is very detail oriented and honest. On the virtual tour, I showed him each individual item and room. He then provided me with an estimate and after the actual move was over, the estimate was shockingly accurate. I spoke to six other moving companies and they were all over the place. I even had one say "We will figure it out once when the movers get there." I have to say that if it wasn't for Glen and his expertise, I would have not gone with Bulldog Movers. My only complaint is that I wish the names of the movers were recorded on the receipt so I can give all five of them a direct shout out on this review!
Response from the owner
Hi Shanon, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We are so glad it was a positive experience from sales to the moving crew! We are with you on Glenn - he’s a great asset and recently earned a promotion with us. We will also recognize your crew for their hard work! Thanks for your business. We hope you enjoy your new home!

Movers were smoking pot in our house that we were moving out of! Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, did not come with the proper moving equipment and had to borrow our own dollies. Tracked oil/dirt into our house and we couldn't remove it before the new owners moved in. Left a lot of furniture and art (and a 50" TV) because they claimed it "wouldn't fit in the trucks and there was nothing they could do." We had to take those items to Goodwill and leave the TV for the new homeowner. The new owners were taking possession at 9am the next morning so we had limited time to implement a solution. The person who provided the quote over-estimated our weight/contents because he included almost everything in the house. However, we sold and donated about 30% of our items before the move. The final weight for which we were billed did not reflect this reduction of 30%. We're quite confused about why they weren't able to load all of the contents of our home, given that we had sold/donated 30%. Either the person who came out to give the quote didn't accurately estimate or they showed up with fewer/smaller trucks. They demanded a tip and when we asked to tip after they delivered to our new house two days later, they said they needed the tip on the day they do the work because a different crew would be unloading at our new house. This was all untrue - the same crew unloaded. They tried to use intimidation tactics to get us to tip them more money. When they delivered our items to our new house, they damaged about 40% of the items, some of our items are missing and they over-charged us. They broke a large office desk and didn't tell us; they hid the different parts throughout our garage which we found several days after moving through the huge stack of boxes they left in an unorganized mess in our garage. 95% of the furniture and boxes were labeled and they didn't take all of the labeled furniture to the correct rooms, forcing us to hire another company several days later to move the furniture around our house. (Two Men and a Truck offered exceptional service! They were professional, courteous, competent and didn't smoke weed on the job! Bonus!) They sent out someone who could handle some of the damage to our new house and to some of our furniture and although they improved it, it is still obvious that it was repaired. Much of what was damaged, they could not repair. We have tried to be patient, and we provided as much documentation as possible (photos of the damage, etc.) and to date, this company has not taken accountability.
Response from the owner
Hi Jennifer, we apologize for the negative experience. I understand you are in active communication with Reuben Gooddine in Claims. Please continue to work with Reuben and we will do our best to come to a resolution. We hope to resolve this soon.

We had yet another great moving experience with Bulldog Movers! Our team leader was Joe, and his crew was Jessee, Savalas, Shilaun, William and Eric. They showed up right on time and went straight to work. They had great attitudes, lots of laughing and jokes and handled our possessions with extreme care. They were friendly and courteous and did an excellent, professional job. I would most definitely highly recommend them!
Response from the owner
Thanks for your repeat business, Rowan! We are so glad your recent move went well. We hope to be your go-to mover for years to come! Thanks for trusting us to handle your belongings.
