I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Not helpful at all. Been trying to get my sons father served since may, and still no luck. We’re towards the end of September now. Also called 20 minutes before closing and nobody picked up. I continued to call until 5pm and I got the message that they’re closed. They could’ve answered, since they close at 5. RUDE. And this isn’t the first time.

I'm not allowed to go into specifics on a personal level put we all know that stereotypical cliche issues that go on in a place like this and then they are not short when it comes to this aspect

Terrible customer service. I have called for information and the older lady that answered the phone is not very helpful. I had to call another agency just to verify information! The vibe of this particular place is very unprofessional with a bit of attitude that's very unwelcoming . This place needs better attentive staff and more cheerful customer service
