My beloved piano has never sounded better since Des Wilson became my technician! He takes care of the entire instrument -- every detail down to the cleaning and polishing. Since I have a large student and a busy schedule, I really appreciate that he is willing to work around studio hours and is always prompt. I also appreciate the printed appraisal (for insurance purposes) I get at the end of the tuning. I Burton and Wilson to all my colleagues and piano students and they love him as much as I do!

I have had a number of experiences with different piano tuners since moving to the Bay Area and I can say without a doubt that Des and his crew at B&W is consistently the best tuner/repair service around. We are a school of about 500 and the piano gets used hours and hours every day; once a year the folks from Burton and Wilson come out and give the piano a tune-up and every time the piano is also cleaned, serviced, and tuned, as well as little things like tightening the legs on the bench and oiling the pedals... and the piano sounds great for the entire year. Any unresolved issues have been addressed in secondary visits without charge -- truly a world class service. Also reasonably priced considering the quality. Thanks guys, love your work!

I really like Burton and Wilson. Dez is very professional. They make setting up appointments easy. They tune and clean my piano. I have used there service to move my piano and then tune it for the past three years. I would recommend them to everyone.
