  I have a large beautiful desk that I needed moved up to my loft from the first floor. It seemed impossible because of the spiral staircase. The first moving company was unable to get my desk to the second floor. I then hired Busy Bee movers and they expertly moved the desk in less than ten minutes. EXCELLENT service, enthusiastic and professional work crew, team work at its finest!!!

  Overall, I had a good experience with Busy B's. I needed a tall, top heavy refrigerator moved from one house to another. Andrea was helpful with getting the quote together and answering my questions as I shopped around for a moving service. Their overall estimate was similar to other companies I inquired with. Their hourly rate was lower and they start and end the clock from when they arrive at your pick-up location and when they finish moving (instead of charging travel time to/from their company location), BUT they charge for truck rental which bumped up their final price to be pretty much the same as the other companies. Three people were assigned to my move, which didn't seem wholly necessary in retrospect, but I'm happy to pay for the extra help if it meant keeping everyone safe. The movers were polite and respectful. They even helped me move an additional large item out of the way to make space for the fridge, which I was very appreciative of. The whole move only took 45 minutes and went very smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was their movers were not masked even when they entered my house, which goes against the current public health order. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that they would have masked up if I specifically asked.

  We had an incredible experience with Busy B's moving. They were easy to book, communicated well, and I was able to pay electronically right after the move was done. We hired Busy B's moving to move out of our 3 bedroom home. They helped us load up a 16 ft POD. They arrived on time and gave me a call before hand. I was nervous about fitting our entire house into the POD, but they did such a good job packing it tight and efficiently. Nick, Ant K, and Janae were nice, communicated well, and worked very quickly but carefully. They finished loading the POD in about 2 hours! I cannot recommend them enough--they made our move so much easier!
