The guy was nice. The lady was extremely rude. My refund of $2,000+ Has not been returned. When I call to inquire about it I get yelled off the phone by a very disrespectful worker. I will never rent a uhaul from this place again. Nor would I suggest it to anyone…. And the guy told me that there uhaul boxes were eaten by Rats 🐀 so I wouldn’t use there storage facilities either 🤮🤮

Went for first time to this storage and customer service was great. When opened unit was very clean. The only problem is the area going into unit is unpaved so when it snows will be very muddy. They do have a snow plow so being a first time user of this business during winter can't give info on. So far so good. Just got unit less than a week ago.

nice folks WHEN they pick up the phone. not sure what they do in there all day that constitutes not picking up the phone. not ideal to drive halfway to weed just to ask a question. rates are cheap at least

We have 300 units and rent uhauls. First and last week of the month are busy with calls for payments and folks looking for new units and people moving. Glad we were able to get your questions answered though!
