Rent is extremely high! Insurance on unit is required, although the building is falling apart. There is only one restroom which has a huge peephole an no locking doors. Only one guy really works there an is rude to lady customers, while brown nosing men tenants. The storage facility used to be extra space… Buxbear took over an ever since I’ve been double or triple charged sometimes on accident, locked out of my unit based on clerical errors, and the keypad to the west gate is still broken with no door access. Do not use this facility, not worth the headache.

We pride ourselves on providing friendly service and a clean facility as you can see from other reviews, and I assure you our manager had no intention of seeming rude. Our tenants love working with him! We did need to lock your unit recently because of past due rent, but after the unit owner made the late payment last week, our manager was able to take you both to the unit to unlock it without issues. We don’t have any reports of concerns/complaints from your account, and it doesn’t seem like we’ve had any payment/clerical errors. If you’d like to provide more details about potential errors, please reach out to our office, and we can work through any problems. I also appreciate your feedback on our facility, and I want to make sure I addressed them to ease any concerns you might have. The missing ceiling tiles were from the previous owners. We have been working on replacements, but I apologize that it’s been a slow process. Our manager also checks the doors/gates each morning and paid extra attention to the west gate after we received your review. Everything seems to be working well, but if you have any issues in the future, please let the office manager know and they would be happy to come out to assist you. Finally, the photos you posted of our restroom are accurate, but they may not tell the whole story. The door posted is the exterior door, and we have a stall inside the restroom that does lock. Ashley Hawkins gave the best customer service, she represented extra storage space very well. I thank her very much for her help, especially coming from out of state. She deserves a raise.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would describe what they've done as unethical, price gouging, and taking advantage of consumers during these unprecedented times. This company used to be Extra Space Storage, which I had no problems with. Buxbear took over and DOUBLED the cost of the storage units! I called to catch my storage up and was told I owe $740 for 3 months.The cost of the unit is $420, the remainder amount is fees! They are charging me $50 to cut MY lock off! That is unheard of! They also charge $20 late fee on the 5th, another $20 late fee on the 15th. $75 auction fee and $50 to advertise the auction!! This is absolutely unacceptable! You guys are taking advantage of customers, price gouging by doubling the unit cost and nickel and diming with all these unnecessary fees! To add insult to injury, I called to try and workout an agreement with the cost to pay and move my things out(auction has not happened, mind you). I spoke with a manger named Shzada Hader who was very unpleasant and rude! He's a liar and he told me so himself! I asked for the District Mangers info and he said he did not know it. When I asked if he was lying, he said YES! I repeated myself twice, thinking surely he didn't hear me and his answer was the same. Yes I'm lying! He just refused to give me his/her info. I left a message for someone named Susie to give me a call, as I am highly upset at his dealing with me even more so! DO NOT rent a storage here if you know what's good for you! The customer service is horrible! They will steal your money by charging unnecessary fees and lie to you as if that's totally ok, no remorse.
