  0 Stars!!! This is by far the worst service I have ever received. Terry Henry did not bring the right size truck for my delivery. The truck they had had a huge hole in it that exposed my belongings. Smh. The truck had "2 Soldiers and a Truck" on it but the movers were not soldiers. He is using that as a gimmick for business. All of my belongings were not able to fit on the truck and he told me to leave him my key and he would move it out 2 days later. No sir, I will not leave a stranger a key to my home. I had to rent a uhaul myself and bring the remaining stuff down to Houston from Lake Charles. That cost me $350. To make matter worse they broke my wife vanity table. He agreed to fix it and have it back within 3 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have no heard from him. He's not responding to my calls or text. He is steady posting on Facebook but won't attend to a unsatisfied customer. Please don't make the mistake i did and use his services. I and a African American man and wanted to do business with a black business but he gives quality black businesses a bad name. The responses he has to the other bad reviews shows he lack of professionalism. He claims on here it's other business in the area that are sabatoging him but no sir that is ALL YOU. Many people in Lake Charles have told me you were a crook when I brought your company name up. I could continue with slander but I will stop here for now. Legal action will be taken for my vanity table and maybe even theft charges. This move cost me $850 from them and $350 for renting my own Uhaul. Total $1200 plus broke vanity table. After further research he started with Buy A Buddy then opened up another business as 2 Soldiers and a Truck. He went by Alterry Henry, Terry Henry, Chad'e Henri, Ivory Henri. It's something fishy going on with this company. His BBB profile for Buy A Buddy is horendus. I assume he started another company because of the bad reviews he had. He did not register 2 Soldiers and a Truck with BBB. Also I noticed the same phone number he used for complaints on the reviews for 2 Soldiers and a Truck is the same number for Buy A Buddy and the number I've been calling with no answer. Please don't use this company. Trust me. P.S. in your response you said you never serviced me? That's a total lie. The number in the another review is the same number I've been talking with you from. Smh. I've added more screenshots to help you remember. The first one is of YOU responding to a customer on this thread with you giving out the same number. The others is of YOU texting me you would fix it. The other is me texting you with NO response. Please deny this. It's laughable to think you charged me $1800 at first and I settled for one of your employees for half the cost. If you sent your employee for me to do a deal with him then why would you be upset behind me trying to make a deal with him??? More lies. I had to attempt to make a side deal because I needed the rest of my belongings and you wouldn't do it as fast as I needed to even though it was your fault. Does these text messages come off like this was a private deal between me and your employee? You offered to fix my stuff because I had a agreement with you.

  To respond to Joshua Keeton - this guy cut a side deal with one of my employees named “Allred Haynes”, the deal went sour so he is blaming our company for his side deal. As stated before mr keeton your move was not with our company it was with mr Haynes. We gave you a price to move of $1,800 from Louisiana to Texas and you said you couldn’t afford it so I referred you to one of my employees who was off and who could do your job for half the cost just to make him some money. Your slander hurts you more than me because I could sue you for these lies, I hope you all resolve this issue quickly sir.

  Used this company twice, once to move just a washer and dryer into my apt when I first purchased them and then to assist with my move out. BOTH times the scheduling was quick and easy. The movers arrived on time with all of the necessary equipment and were friendly, polite, and professional. The cost is straight forward and there are no hidden fees. Very professional & dependable company. Buy a Buddy is my only recommendation for moving assistance in that area! Keep up the great work!

  If I could post 0 stars for this business I would. We hired them to provide 2 men to unload a moving truck. They took a deposit of $175. When the day came to move the two guys never showed. After contacting the boss he assured me that two men would still show up. They never did and my wife and I were left to unload and move in the entire truck. The best part? It's now 6 days later and my deposit is yet to be refunded...............I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
