  My bf and I live in one of the rental properties they have. We have been living here for about 6 months now and honestly, we love it! We always feel very welcome, it's nice and quiet, and they keep the building up very nicely. The only thing I could possibly complain about would be the parking lot. Often times the parking lot is not properly plowed and/or salted. I actually slipped and fell this past winter, but I was unharmed. Overall, I think CA Kaplan are great honest people to do business with and I look forward to working with them in the future. 👍

  As a new tenant with C A Kaplan we are more than pleased with the service that was provided to us. From the start until we moved in Lori and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for day 1. Her and the team run a first class business that satisfied all our needs and went above and beyond what was asked. Our team could not be happier of the space we are now in and we would highly recommend C.A Kaplan for doing business. Thanks for making our experience an easy one and treating us like family.

  I rented from CA Kaplan for a little over 3 years before buying a house with my family. My family really enjoyed living at the property we rented from them ! They have very nice rental units that are very reasonably priced and well taken care of. They did everything snow removal lawn care and they’re maintenance staff was also very friendly. Lori at CA Kaplan always made sure that if we ever had an issue with anything at our unit it was taken care of immediately ! I’m currently in the process of starting to get my house ready to go up on the market and I’ve already contacted Lori and told her I wanted to come back and try and get into one of the same units I had rented from her before and she was more then happy to help me out and welcome me back she never forgets a face ! I’ve always had a great experience with everyone at CA Kaplan and I highly recommend them if your looking for a clean, quite, affordable and well maintained rental property !
