  Ethan and his team have done a fantastic job relocating my home across the country. Their communication from start to finish has been responsive and efficient, keeping me up to date at all stages in the process. Their service has been both professional and friendly, helping to take much of the stress out of moving. They took apart and reassembled some furniture which was a real help. Everything arrived at my new home in good order and they have even offered to take away the packing boxes! The personal touches and excellent service were much appreciated. I would highly rate and recommend them without hesitation.

  Excellent customer service! The workers and the van came on schedule. Men were efficient, pleasant, and eager to assist and understand our needs. Nothing was a problem. They transformed a difficult task into a simple one. This was my first time working with California Exodus Moving, and I had no prior recommendations. I'm pleased, and I will certainly suggest them to others!

  They give you an extremely low quote treat you with professionalism and are patient until you sign the contract and make your first payment. After that point their impossible to contact, they send unprofessional kids to pack your items in a used truck...pack it with multiple other ppls items....over charge your estimate by putting stickers on every item...then ghost you again for weeks while you await the arrival of your items. Supposedly their supposed to communicate when your items are repacked and on the way to your new location, never happened. They called one day and said they'd be there at 3pm....no show no call. I call they dismiss me and say they're completing another job and will be there at 6pm...no call no show. I call and once again we will be there at 8pm....no call no show...they call this time with the excuse they have a flat tire and they'll be stopping at a nearby hotel to rest up and be there at 8am. They finally show up at 830a with another rental truck and again packed with multiple items for other ppl...boxes are damaged weight not evenly distributed. Young kids with no sense of professionalism, don't know the contract or procedure. I asked them about payment the previous day and the gentleman who was supposed to secure our items and the location and time for drop-off finally calls gives me a zelle account that doesn't work and is in his personal name. The guys working the job cant or wont contact him. I finally get him on the phone and he dismiss me because he is sleeping and he will call me back when he wakes up. Never happens. We end having to go to the atm to withdraw cash and the "foreman" can't count properly. Job is completed and damaged items are photographed and accounted for. They lost our step ladder. No checkup with the company to see if services rendered were acceptable, no feedback and no update on the replacement of damaged items. This company lacks professionalism, transparency, and doesn't care about their clients. They seem to rush jobs to make as much money as possible utilizing these young inexperienced kids who are in it for a quick buck. I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy moving accross country is stressful enough compounded by the cost time and other resources used and this company makes it worse. Worse experience ever!!!

  Hi Lemuel, your review is not accurate. We quoted you on the items you told us you were moving. (67 Items) on move day you put 134 items on our truck. You put double the amount of items on the truck. Your price went from $4856 to $7700. We did not "ghost" you. Your direct contact just went through the company call log with you. We accommodated you with a date change prior to your pick up as well as accommodate you on your date change from Feb 28 to March 2nd on your delivery. You were contacted 3/3, 3/7, and 3/11 before your delivery date of 3/14 after your pick up and you got a verification call on 2/21 before your pick up. The driver Nick did call you when he left California for Florida with an estimated time frame of when he would arrive. The reason he gave you the wrong time frame is the customers getting delivered before you were not answering. We use rental trucks for deliveries so if the truck breaks down we don't have to take one of ours to a mechanic and wait. Budget, Penske, Enterprise replace the truck immediately Out of the 134 items you are missing a step ladder and a lamp shade was damaged. We are sorry you felt the need to write a negative review.
