I took a trip to South Padre Island in November and months later I get a letter with 1st non payment notice. I had never received anything from them before, I was never their customer and all of a sudden I get this. What kind of business sends you a bill with a $15 dollars fee on a $2.68 toll transaction? This is from November of 2021 and today, end of March 2022 is the first time I get anything from them. I called customer service and had to ask for a supervisor to get this waived as kept saying I had to pay in full because they had sent me an invoice before and found no notes or returned mail in my account. I couldn’t possibly avoid paying $3.68 (including processing fee of $1.00). I found it strangely unusual. They waived the fee as a one time courtesy but the lady insisted I should have contacted them to pay, after I told her that this was a trip, I had no idea what company they were and couldn’t possibly find out who to contact about it. I just found it fishy that I never got any letters from them before and all of a sudden get one charging a $15 dollar non payment fee. If I opened this envelope to find this bill I would have opened any others that were sent in the mail. My rating is for the bad business practices and how they do all they can to collect the fee payment from you.

They are a scam, why do they exist IDK. We already pay them when you pay your registration, and the roads are built with tax money. Building roads with CCRMA is like taking out a loan for a term of infinity years. They never stop taking your money. They are a parasite. If they send you a bill, dont pay it, instead write to the governor and the texas attorney general. I hope they go out of business.

This company is highly suspicious. They claimed they sent me notices However I never received them until I got a notice that I owed $60 and needed to pay. I called them to find out what is going on and to tell them i never got any notices also told them on their site it says veterans with proof will have the fees waived. They representative I spoke to said they would waive the fees and I should not worry about paying anything However few months passed by and I got a collection notice from Professional Account Management LLC saying my account had been passed to them for collections. I immediately called Cameron County Regional and told them I received mail saying my account was in collections now for the amount of $63.01 and they said it was an error and did not know why it got sent to collections when it should have been waived. They said they would take care of it. Saturday May 8th I got another notice from the same collection agency saying I still owe the Amount. Something is not right here and they don't respond to me nor seem to care.
