Campus Crates was kind enough to send me $200 for the damages and missing item, and this was even after a long delay by myself in terms of confronting them about the damages and missing item. Although their compensation didn't negate the cost of the damages, they at least showed that they wanted to help fix the problem that came up and thus am grateful. I think this business has a lot of potential, but just need to work out some quality control kinks first. All in all the service they provided was convenient and reasonable in terms of cost and price. I just strongly recommend making sure sure your items are properly accounted for and well protected! If you do that you should be good! I have given them 4 stars for their commitment to assuring a quality experience.

Campus Crates made my move out extremely stress free. I would definitely recommend this company as they are responsive and considerate of your furniture. Literally all you have to do is put your things in boxes and they do the rest. Great experience and wonderful movers I might add!

Campus Crates is perfect for college students, especially those who don’t live close to campus. It’s a great and fast way to move and store my stuff out of my dorm and not have to worry or plan moving it or finding a way to take it back with me on my own. Saved me lots of time and effort, and very responsive and great workers!
