The problem with this place is they don’t tell you that many of the units can flood inext to drainage ditches. They don’t offer flood insurance and they don’t even tell you that you should get flood insurance. In the insurance that they give you doesn’t cover flood damage. A lot of the reviews that are five stars are fake.

This review should have been written weeks ago but I have been busy with moving. My customer service experience with this storage facility has been beyond exceptional. Alyssa was very accommodating and had the best attitude despite the fact that I walked in 5 minutes to closing time requesting a storage unit. Her patience and kindness had definitely made a positive impact on my stressful day. Alyssa is the biggest reason why I will recommend the storage facility to others, and my continued business. Thank you Alyssa! Your exceptional costumer service is what makes Caney Creek Storage a 5 Star place.

Went to pick up my usual truck this morning, and had the most helpful clerk ever , her name was Terri! She walked me thru everything and I felt so comfortable when I left! I will always come back here for any moving services. Because of her! Thanks Terri!
