  Cannon Moving & Storage recently moved my family. The Team consisted of Amber, Cece, Emma, & Ferrel. Upon initial meet, Ms. Amber was pleasant, introduced herself and the team, & explained the entire process to my husband and me. They were extremely professional, hard working, & efficient in their actions. They communicated very well with each other as well as with us, ensuring all of our questions were answered & accommodated any special requests we had. Also, a representative from the company called us daily to check in with how the move was going. My husband and I were very grateful how smoothly everything went. We would recommend Cannon Moving & Storage company to others!!

  I would like to preface this review by saying it completely reflects the front office of this business. The front office is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Specifically, Sandy is completely disrespectful and her customer service is not the best. During the initial survey, I was told the cost of service was $98 for the two guys per hour. I asked if this included packing and was told yes by the owner. When the time came to pay, there was extra costs for packing and supplies. When I was speaking to Sandy about this, she essentially called me a liar and said I did not want to pay. This was clearly not the case as I was prepared to pay the two guys. I wanted to know why these costs were being placed on me after I was kept in the dark. I then called to speak to the owner and still have not been contacted back. I highly recommend to avoid using this company at all due to their lack of professionalism, lack of transparency and disrespect.

  The review is confusing. You insisted that the owner that came to your home told you the price was the same for packing as it was for just loading and moving your items. You asked me if I was calling you a liar and I assured you that I was not but I did know there is a misunderstanding. Because our owners would have known and quoted the prices correctly, either she did not understand your question or you did not understand her answer but I have no idea where the misunderstanding was. Therefore, I did not charge you anything for the packing supplies or the packing services. I went with your word and only charged you the standard moving rate. I never said you did not want to pay. Because of the confusion, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I made the professional choice to not charge you anything for the packing service because you were so sure you were told that was no additional charge. I am happy you told me the men who moved you did a great job.

  Worst moving experience ever. Packers threw things into boxes randomly, without any paper or padding. Lost hardware to master bedroom furniture and we had to purchase new. Husband's military bronze starts and awards tossed loosely in boxes with books, unprotected. Table saws thrown in with vintage toys, hardware containers dumped out and mixed in with nursery items. They broke numerous items, dented furniture. Owners used gooseneck trailer that was too small (rather than an actual moving van), it broke on the way to us, then they subbed out the unloading job, so we were denied unpacking or furniture assembly help which is 'guaranteed' per their contract with the gov't. Owners sat in their truck with pillows taking naps and refused to come inside to see damage when I came out to ask them how to handle it. Was asked, 'Is the damage THAT bad, though?' and was assured 'Well I guess there's nothing we could do...you had our absolute best packers." See pictures for what their 'best packers' did. Constant excuses by owner about why they did such a bad job (blaming job market, etc.). We will never see a penny for this but they'll get paid for a full move by the military.
