  It was 5am in January and the roads were very slick so I hit a patch of ice and slid off. I called 12 tow companies. Canyon County Towing answered but when I was giving the details about what I needed. The gentleman was rude, I could barely understand him and he said it would be 150.00 and an hour, maybe 2. after a long silence he said is that ok with you. I said yes, I needed help getting unstuck. He asked me to hold on, hung up on me and when I called back he answered and hung up again. I would recommend using County Repair & 24 HR Towing. They answered, talked to me about what I needed and sent a nice kid to pull me out.

  I apologies and listened to the call to find out what happened. First off our drivers were all running extremely long hours with the weather. From listening to the call he sounded exhausted, but not rude. He also quoted 45 minutes to 1 hour so he could wake up , get dressed and warm his truck up. He never hung up, but rather was using his facilities and then getting your info. You were no longer on the line when he returned. maybe he should have told you what he was doing, but everyone is different. I also understand your stressful situation and discussed phone etiquette with all our drivers. Thank You for your information.

  My 2004 Honda broke down while I was getting on the freeway. I called my insurance and the refered me to canyon county towing. Nichole called me and came out to tow my car. She made me feel so much better! She did a great job and made me feel like a friend and not just another person. She was awesome!!!! Thank you Nichole you rock!!

  Not certain that the information is helpful, My Mazda was broken down in our driveway, contacted my road side assistance and related that I wished to use Canyon County Towing for a tow to a nearby repair shop. Was a time consuming process and after getting approval, cost estimates etc. was confirmed by both my insurance company and Canyon County Towing. The dispatcher at the Towing Company spoke to me twice, both times giving me an estimated arrival time for the tow vehicle to arrive at my house. After waiting the entire day on my third call, I was told No... there’s nothing about the tow here ? You’re going to have to call your insurance company back. At which point I was through using this particular company. ( as if my time isn’t equivalent to theirs? ) Sorry, I refuse to do business with local companies whom I waste an entire working day of my time while I jump through hoops, am repeatedly told “ we’re on the way” And then summarily blown off with the blame cast back on myself, and the lengthy process and time I have already invested.

  We are sorry for your frustration. When working through insurance companies our hands are tied and we must follow their strict rules. Again I understand your frustration, because we deal with these companies all day and every day. We are very limited.
