  Your company is blessed with delivery people who are personable, courteous, clean spoken and say they LOVE working for you. My cookie deliveries this year have arrived late in the day (as late as 7:00 PM). Those girls (three sisters) have to be exhausted, but they never complain. The cookies are placed in the pod so they are easy to count and easily accessible. The sisters are absolutely the best we have ever had. They have delivered here four times with great enthusiasm. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Our volunteers have worked all day at their paid jobs and come to give of their time to Girl Scouts. Often they are arriving as your workers are finishing. the sisters help set the tone for our evening.! I have been a volunteer for almost 50 years and taught school for 34 years. I KNOW good attitude, effort, work ethnic, and great results. These girls are ASSETS to your company. They ENHANCE your image.

  I had less than 30 days to move & the experience was great. The Carey Team was very responsive to my every question & need. I was kept very informed & never doubted their ability to do the job @ a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend & would do it all over again :) :) :)

  These guys moved me, and it was a disaster. The coordinator had no idea what was going on when I called her. They showed up to deliver with no advanced notice and was out of town. They charged me an extra $1,000. They took apart things that should never have been disassembled and promptly lost the parts. They ruined my brand-new bed - drawer no longer closes. They ruined my white couch by stuffing the cushions into an old dirty tv stand and moving them that way and some of the cushion never came clean. I had many things ruined and they paid me $200.

  Ms. Carter, sorry to hear about your issues now. Your move took place in July of 2019. I was not here at that time, but from what I see on the paperwork, you agreed to a delivery spread of July 1-12/2019. It looks like you were not available for delivery and your goods went into storage for three days, as they were delivered out to you on the 11th of July. It looks like numerous attempts were made to reach you according to our records. You were charged for storage (3 days), a shuttle at the extra pick up and a few more boxes were packed at time of load. It also looks like your claim was settled as well. Sincerely, Michael Zlotnik
