Horrible place to work. Can't be sick at all or you will lose your job. Get points for missing any days. Too many points and you lose your job. Terrible pay for what you're expected to do. Training is almost non existent. Good luck figuring out what you're supposed to do. And you're expected to be able to do things fast and do them well without mistakes after only 3 weeks on the job. Just a horrible, terrible place to work. 0/10 would not recommend. Find other employment if possible.

Amazing employees without undercutting safety and quality. Customer service is also quite pleasant. Happy with my choice of Caterpillar!

From my 20yrs + experience in the workforce, I can honesty say that Anchor Coupling, a subsidiary of Caterpillar, to be an excellent employer in an above average work environment based on my previous warehouse experience. In addition, all of the upper management are very personable and thorough within their assigned area's of employment. This leaves me to the following conclusion ; If Anchor Coupling didn't "work" for you it is solely because you didn't want to work in the first place.
