  I have an order sitting there for 8 days and have requested a phone call for estimated delivery for 3 straight days. The “29 minute” response only gives you the info anyone can get online and advise they’ve requested a call. The terminal doesn’t have a phone number to call either. I guess I’ll have to waste my time and pick up the order myself while they get paid the freight?

  Terrible customer service. They routed my package to an incorrect address, and it was not until I noticed when the tracking first showed up that I brought it to their attention. My package was then rerouted and missing a tracking code so I was not able to track it. I called customer service and they told me it was on the way, just missing a tracking code. Its been 3 weeks and I called the seller and he told me they lost my package. I got an email from their customer service today, saying the package is unaccounted for and I can file a claim. One word to describe this company, "atrocious".
