  Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee worst!!!!!!! Run far away do NOT use this company to transport anything. It will Not get there!!! I wouldn’t let them transport used toilet paper!!! Tons of excuses why the item can’t be delivered. Incompetent drivers who say the delivery address isn’t accessible. The same address has been in operation for 20 plus years and receives multiple deliveries a day 365 days a year. We receive delivers from 53’ trailers on down to ups box trucks with no issues or Excuses . They Never called to say they are having any kind of trouble on accessing the facility. Almost two weeks waiting on the shipment makes you wonder if all or any of the delivery attempts were ever made. Finally had to go and pick it up myself from their location. Complete shoe string operation. I knew I was in for it after reading the multiple bad reviews not only from shipping clients but employees as well. I did not choose this company the seller did. He was unaware of the poor qualities of this company. To boot they charged an extra $100 bucks to change “delivery” on the invoice to pickup. $100 bucks to write a note on a piece of paper. Pathetic, unprofessional money gouging!!! It amazes me they are even in business! The only positive Thing I could say is that the item was in one piece and Un damaged. If I could give no stars I would. Worst delivery experience I have ever experienced!!!!

  Absolute worst trucking company I have ever dealt with. They can't get my freight the last 35 miles to my shop. Submitted an update to change it to a will call to pick it up myself. Was told it would be ready today but whoever handles the freight never took it off the truck. Customer service supervisor was useless. They don't even deserve the 1 star but there is no lower rating. Can't wait to see what tomorrows excuse of the day is going to be. No communication from them either. Average wait time on hold is 25 minutes.

  Google really needs to start allowing a zero star rating. This company was chosen by Home Depot for a large delivery of deck lattice. When Home Depot delivers themselves, they're here within a couple of days. Once the order was placed, they said it would be 10 days. That was a MAJOR loss of time but I made do and rearranged my schedule. The order was split into 1st delivery one day & 2nd delivery the following. Which made no sense to me but whatever. When the 1st half didn't come I shrugged it off saying logistically it made sense to deliver it all at once. But when the full order didn't come on the 2nd day, I made a phone call the FOLLOWING day to Central transport. They told me my order is delayed due to short staffing (but the email said weather... We had rain 🤦🏼‍♀️). No attempts were made to reach out and let me know this. The annoyed woman I spoke with said that they would "TRY to deliver it the following Monday (which now added 6 more days as we are now moving into November - remember this is a yard project) or you can come get it yourself!" I said if I had a truck I wouldn't have needed it deliver it in the first place... On Monday ( today) I called to make sure that would be happening. After being hung up on w/o speaking w/ anyone, then calling back & being on hold for 20+ minutes a man said "the best he could do was TRY for tomorrow." We are now at 3 weeks since my order was placed. I've read the other Google reviews and they are not good. It appears the company was purchased. IDK what it was like prior but in this one experience I can say they do not know how to operate their business. I have been doing a massive yard project since March. This lattice was the final piece. My project will have to wait until the spring for completion thanks to the incompetence of this company. I've learned my lesson and will rent a truck from U-Haul and not rely on a unprofessional delivery service.
