I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people in my life. If you like to have your goods delivered on time, then this is not a company for you. My freight has been sitting here for 3 days, they keep making excuses and are not delivering it. Reaching the terminal is impossible as you have to go through the call center which is in MI. People in the call center a bunch of robots who do not try to help you but keep on apologizing and repeating the same lines. Do your self a favor, pay a little more elsewhere and get quality service. They also have the worst pickup hours. They make them as they go. I will NEVER use this company again for my LTL needs. The most HORRIBLE experience I ever had with LTL.

Last Wednesday, I got in touch with Paul at the terminal. I needed a shipment by noon, and Paul made arrangements for driver Tony to make us the next stop, and he got here just in the nick of time as I had some important Glass Art to send overseas. Thanks everyone for your help!

Worst customer service. Always on hold for at least 20-30 minutes. Cannot call terminals direct to ask questions. Terrible
