The Charlottesville Piano Company team of Jason Richardson, Pete Russ, and Jaleel Henson moved my grand piano today. They arrived on time, were pleasant and personable, obviously knew how to do the job, and delivered my piano to its new home location without damage or incident. I would definitely recommend this company for any piano moving need. Thank you Jason, Pete, and Jaleel!

They moved the piano well enough. I told the representative how many landings I had and how many steps and he told me how much it would be. Then the movers came and backed the truck up all the way to my door, but the price didn't go down... Also the movers damaged the lid to the piano which was fine when I looked at the piano but when I opened the lid after they left it almost fell off. No follow up from the company at all to check the status. Guess the piano refinishing job will go to another company because they clearly don't want the work.

The customer never called to inform us of any damages, albeit they were small, so that we could effect repairs. We stand by our work and back it up with repairs. If we are not aware of any damages, how are we supposed to repair them, which is part of our guarantee? We assumed, without further info, that the move went fine. We have inspection sheets at the pickup and the delivery.
