Selected Charming Movers in August 2020 because of their efficiency in scheduling an estimate, and the fine detail of what every facet of the move would cost. Although we packed about 70% of our shipment the crew of 5-6 that came on the packing / loading day worked very quickly and very diligently. They were very careful in padding & wrapping each piece of furniture and particularly with glass items from a China cabinet & table top. The crew respectfully and carefully handled all of our goods, particularly many boxes we marked as ‘Fragile’. We stored all of the load in their warehouse for a year and they were very flexible with our request for delivery in a new state at a busy time of year for them around Labor Day. They hired three local residents for the unloading in addition to the two company men that came down. Again, all crew members respectfully handled all of our goods. The proof of this was when we unpacked all of our kitchen and China dishes & glasses there were only 2 broken pieces, but we attribute this to us packing the items, no fault of the company. A freezer was dented but still operational without incident so we did not submit a claim since the crew willingly moved it twice on arrival. The only item we recall missing was a 10’ ladder but the company promptly reimbursed us for its cost. Cheri, the owner, & Suki in the office were always pleasant & prompt each time we called over the one year process. We highly recommend Charming Movers for your own move. DPO

We contracted with Charming Movers two empty out a storage unit and take the furniture to Habitat for Humanity. The owner Cheri was very responsive, and helpful with suggestions throughout the process. The moving team was on time, very pleasant, and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Charming Movers!!!

Charming Movers moved us last week from Annapolis to Charlottesville, VA. I cannot say enough good about them! Great work, great team, great great value! The days were long but the team remained positive and very helpful to the end. All our items were treated carefully and made the move safely. A great company beginning to end! I highly recommend!
