Decent units, except some leak. Owner admitted she knew of the leak, but didn't call me to let me know that it could affect my unit even though she knew the unit next door was taking on water. The water did get in and ruined about $1400 worth of furniture plus some art that can't ever be replaced because my son drew it. When I talked to them about it, they said sorry, but then made an excuse which kinda cancelled out the "sorry". They would not pay for any damage or cost for me to move out and to another unit.

Great storage unit friendly service definitely recommend but the only downfall about this place is they will not accept debit cards and will not accept over the Internet payment or over the phone payments and you have to drive 300 miles just to pay your storage for your trailer that you use for hunting or vice versa whatever no way to pay except in person with cash or check kind of lame

This is a great facility. It's always clean, the manager is very friendly and helpful, and the units are affordable. Security at night is great. It's in a good neighborhood, and in a convenient location.
