Like ghosts in the snow

Had a family member order 2 grilled nuggets 1 regular nugget combo, and the guy behind the counter put them all as regular. My mom has a gluten allergy but loves chickfila and eats specific stuff off the menu, the worker who must have done it, didn't listen or is incompetent. Called the place, got told we got rung up the order but we specifically had asked, and the woman on the phone said they could refund but the NEXT time we order🤦‍♀️

I'd give zero stars if I could, get to the window and kid that took my order didn't make it a combo like he read back to me so they didn't give the drink to me, they forgot to put mayo on my sandwich and didn't put sauce in the bag for my 30 piece nuggets, I spent $25 and didn't get the drink or any condements. This place used to be absolutely flawless with cars flooding the lines, tonight they were probably 5 cars in line and totally dropped the ball. 2/8/2022 at 8:30 p.m. was the time of purchase
