Old School Craftsmanship that you will appreciate! My table needed new bumpers, felt, everything. Chris and Tom refurbished it professionally so that it is in "as new" condition ! I remarked that "the balls now roll in straight lines, and rebound as they should"; we will now have years of enjoyment. Also, Chris and Tom were willing to come to my residence (middle of nowhere, turn, and go 5 more miles) which is another plus. Thank You!

Chris and Tom arrived on time and went right to work assessing what needed to be done to get my newly-purchased used table put back together and in working order. The table looks great but I have not had an opportunity to play on it yet… soon! I know if I have any issues they will come back and resolve them. Chris also gave me some tips about maintaining the table to keep it in tiptop shape for as long as possible, which I very much appreciated. So, overall, I would say they did a fantastic job and I am grateful for their knowledge and instruction.

As you've probably seen, there are few choices for pool table service in the Spokane area. Last summer, I choose Chris and Tom's to pick up, deliver and set up a new table I bought from a company in California. It started out as a pleasant, though questionable, relationship with their folksy arrogant style. The questionable part was their fitness and age to to handle a very heavy table in my environment. That ultimately turned into a frustrating, unprofessional relationship of condescending dementia. The delivery of a special, all steel table took over a month. I was on top of the progress all along with the vendor and shipping company. I conveyed and confirmed the progress and arrival date to Chris as I was informed. A pickup and delivery date was confirmed a week in advance with her and detailed plans were made, right down to the actual time of day and their procedure. They wanted to do the job on a Saturday, as their helper was a farmer and was busy Monday thru Friday farming. I am a contractor and offered my assistance for everything so the job could be done when the table arrived during the week. They would save the expense of the helper and I didn't ask for any discount to be their grunt. They agreed. All was set and I was called by the vendor and freight terminal the table was there and ready to pick up as previously scheduled. I called Chris in the morning just to confirm our meet up time that very day. She informed me Tom went out of town for another job and they couldn't do my prearranged job. She nastily scolded me that they, and only they, deal with the vendor and shipping company and set their schedule as it fits them, not what I say. Really? I was shocked after the numerous conversations about my project prior and our agreed upon schedule. This was jaw dropping and put me in a very tough position with a table I can't get moved. I immediately fired Chris and Tom and we've never talked again. I had to scrambled and found Bruce at Pool Time NW here in Spokane and was completely happy with his service and professionalism. Chris and Tom should just retire in my opinion. Read how they respond to negative reviews. If you can understand their script, it's always the customer's or someone else's fault, never their's. They'll probably say they never contracted with me. After all, it was way, way back in 2020. I don’t usually post reviews, until now. Something recently brought me back to this event and I wanted to warn other follow pool table fans. I do wish them well in retirement.
