  Zero stars if I could. Keep looking, do not hire Cinci Strong!! Cinci Strong did not show up for my move in early October, and was very unresponsive for the next few days while trying to reschedule. Finally we reached the company and they confirmed they were unable to do the move. I had paid in advance and we were promised a refund. When trying to contact them to follow up on the refund, they stopped responding completely. It has been three weeks and they have not refunded the move that they were unable to complete. Please, please do not hire them!!!

  We hired Dane and his team to assist us with moving my father in law out of his apartment. They were very professional from the beginning, answering all of my questions and staying in touch with me on the lead up to the move. They arrived on time for the move and were friendly, efficient and willing to help us tackle some difficult projects, including disassembling a waterbed. They stayed until the job was done, and even after 8 hours in the sweltering July heat, were kind, helpful and full of energy. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to any friend.

  Cinci Strong was timely, professional and did what I asked. I also got a bit greedy and asked them to assemble some furniture for me and they did so without charging me extra, which they were within their right to do, so I appreciate their services even more. Thank you Cinci Strong for your help and I will DEFINITLY be a referral for your services in the future!
