City Movers must have really made an effort to improve customer service because I had an exceptionally good experience. Incredibly responsive and kind representatives. Efficient! These folks let me know my stuff was being taken care of throughout the move. This is my first experience seeing a moving truck drive off with my stuff and I couldn't help but wonder if I would ever see it again. But these guys kept me up to date and were very good about asking for feedback every step of the way. Nothing but good to report to them. They really did a stand-out job.

Moving from the mainland to Honolulu is stressful, especially during a pandemic. When relocating from Los Angeles I contacted several movers that advertised that they specialized in moves to/from Hawaii, including one with local sounding name. City Moving was the only one that responded timely. Mike gave me a quote over the phone and email, then courteously amended the quote several times as I realized I had underestimated the number of boxes and items being shipped. As moving day approached, James took over and handled the logistics. The crew in Los Angeles and Honolulu were top notch and followed covid protocols. I'm glad to be back home in Honolulu and grateful to my brother who used City Moving for their move and recommended them.

George and the team did a wonderful job moving us from Honolulu to Phoenix. Both moving crews in Honolulu and Phoenix were courteous, meticulous, careful, and really wonderful to work with. We received weekly updates from the team and felt like we were in good hands all along the way. Our belongings arrived in good condition and on time.
