a faulty gate locked me out 2 days into my contract and left me to reschedule on moving weekend. A glitch in the system and an unhelpful attendant next door on duty at the laundry place was a huge frustrating (avoidable) mistake, but Jordan the manager saw my review here and called me first thing Saturday. Admitted the mistake and is doing everything to rectify the situation. It has thrown my move schedule into a weird place but mistakes happen. it's how the company handles it, that matters. She has been easy to communicate with and professional. Faulty electronics and teenage employees aside, she's trying to make it right. I'm editing my previous review to reflect their response which is appropriate.

This company always been there for me when I needed them. They are nice honest people who do their best to accommodate your every need. Their easy to to talk to! I just love them, especially since the new Laundry Mat was added! ❤️❤️❤️
