Home is not even 2 years old. Major cracking, roof leaks, leaks in the wall, the floor bounces, plumbing is horrible, appliances are sub par, windows are crooked. None of the inside doors close. You can see daylight for all the exterior doors and feel cold air come through.The exterior of the house is cracking and the porch roof leaks! Do not buy a clayton home! Especially in gallup. They said our homes do not crack like but...as soon as the warrenty was up they said oh there will always be cracks. As soon as your warranty is up even thought these issues existed from the get go....they will not do anything about it.

Ari is who you need to see! She’s so awesome! She made our buying process so worth it. We enjoyed her wonderful customer service skills and the effort she put forth in getting us our home. The whole process was stress free and just a great attitude surrounded by her!!

My family and I came to this location to get into a trailer. We had our money and applied then credit issues happen we ask how else can we get help around to get a trailer and we never heard back from anyone even tho we stop by twice and completely ignored us and didn’t give us good service and any advice. Then someone told that we going to have to wait a year for the trailer to move on our property and to be built. It’s so complicated and no good service from these ladies who work here and not willing to help out and to talk to you.
