  From the moment of the first meeting with owner, Tim, I was made to feel confident as, let’s face it, moving to a different state can be daunting. But Cassandra the Office Mgr, was always there for me with her friendly, understanding and competent handling of the different issues that arose. From the packers & the wrapping staff, loaders who worked tirelessly & cheerfully, to ultimately the awesome delivery staff. I could not have been better taken care of, and I would urge anyone, who’s thinking about moving to call Cleveland Bass Movers.

  I highly recommend Cleveland Bass Movers LLC. Cleveland Bass Movers is a long time family owned and operated business in Naples, Florida. More impressive is that I was treated as a family member even though I had no previous experience with the company. My husband had recently been diagnosed with a serious illness so we decided to sell our condo in Florida and return to Massachusetts for the medical. Needless to say, our condo sold in less than 24 hours so I had to arrange to have personal belongings packed and transported back to Massachusetts. I didn't know where to begin.Cleveland Bass Movers were recommended to me. Cassandra who manages the company, was extremely empathic to my situation and treated me as family. She handled all the details and was always prompt to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. She went well beyond her job responsibilities. I was also very impressed with the young men who came to our condo to pack our belongings. They were very respectful. All items were packed by them and taken out of the condo. The items were then repacked on the company sight. Our belongings arrived in a timely manner. More importantly, the items were packed expertly...not one item was damaged. Cleveland Bass Movers deserves more that a 5 star recommendation! Please consider them for your new move.

  I have moved 12 times in my 19 year professional career with nearly all with a professional moving company. Cleveland Bass is by far the best experience I’ve had. The level of care I received was top notch. No one enjoys moving, it’s extremely stressful, but they set my mind at ease and I’m forever grateful.
