      I was in the process of moving and had decided to put my things in a storage temporarily. I stumbled onto closetbox online and was interested in the fact that they actually go pick up your items and deliver them as well. The pick up process was awesome. The movers showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. The delivery process on the other hand, was an absolute nightmare and horrifying experience. I called nearly a week in advance to get my items delivered and received an email the day before my scheduled delivery that my reservation had been cancelled. When I called to ask why, I was told that they were overbooked and was given a new date. I had to explain to the rep (Angela who was rude and unprofessional at that) the date given to me didn’t suit me because of my work schedule. Angela proceeded to tell me that I needed to be considerate of their schedule. I was appalled by the comments seeing as though I am paying for services! Once again, I had to reschedule my appointment; this time I made the reservation date 2 weeks in advance. I called repeatedly in between those 2 weeks to ensure delivery and that there would be no further issues. I was repeatedly told “the company is too busy to confirm appointments at the moment”. Very poor management for a company not to be able to service their customers due to “being busy”. I even asked to speak with a supervisor on multiple occasions to know when I would be receiving my items- and it took days before one would return my call. On the day of the actual delivery, the movers showed up hours late. My delivery was scheduled from 8-11. My delivery didn’t arrive until 11:30. Although the movers were courteous, someone should’ve notified me of any status. The movers said they were given a different time. Once again? Lack of communication and poor management.

      Our movers were careful, quick, and efficient. Scheduling was simple, and my Closetbox representative gave me all the information I needed prior to the moving and storage of my belongings. I highly recommend them!

      It’s a really professional company! I was sent several emails a day with a status up until it was a pickup! I received quick responses! I was overly please with process, I never felt stress! Trucking services was excellent and polite! Very good customer service!
