  Great customer service from MONA! She has helped me twice on my previous visits. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices here are pretty good. I wish they had some sort of loyalty program or reward program for frequent shoppers. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

  Nvm the fact that they use sub part movers that will destroy your items that they pack and move but they will lie to your face. I did a dispute with my CC company over them. My CC ruled in my favor because thats just how bad they are. Anyways they called ans told me the opposite. Saying that the CC company ruled in their favor and that i need to pay them. This is a huge lie. If CC company rules against you then you have a charge on ur card. You dont pay the merchant again. Anyways they went ahead and charged my same card again, as a seperate service. Again, they break your stuff and then they lie to you. They are shady shady shady. Youve been warned people.

  My experience was very good at clutter located in Walmart in Lodi! The first time I went everyone was very helpful and helped me find what I needed. I had to go again the next day and everyone was very helpful once again. The staff is also kind on top of all of that, which made my first clutter experience very nice. Definitely will go again if I need more boxes.
