  Both the guys sent out where very professional, polite, unpacked items carefully and helped inspect the items with me... Cleaned up all packing and took with them, Literally spotless not even a tiny piece of packing... Would hire them myself again..

  I cannot imagine a more unprofessional driver or a worse delivery experience. First, it took weeks longer to schedule the delivery than advertised. Then the delivery could only be scheduled for New Year's Eve, so I canceled other plans to be there for the delivery. Then the delivery truck got stuck in the snow in Spokane for FIVE HOURS and the delivery was delayed and scheduled to arrive between 6-7pm. So I again canceled plans to stay home for the driver. Then the driver pulled into my driveway so that the GPS would show he arrived, but he didn't stay to delivery; instead he called my phone twice and hung up on the first ring so I wouldn't have time to answer, he didn't answer my immediate return call, and he was gone before I could even look out the windows onto the driveway. I guess he was in a hurry to get his own New Year's Eve party and couldn't be bothered. Then it took two weeks to reschedule the delivery. I was out of town and had to arrange for a neighbor to meet the driver. The driver drove halfway down my driveway and unloaded six hundred pounds of furniture 100 feet from my house, directly into the snow. What an idiot. My neighbor had to rally several other people to finish the job and move the items into my garage. There was absolutely no reason for the driver to leave the items where he did. He should be fired. I could not possibly be more unhappy with your pathetic company.

  Lisa we appreciate the feedback and agree that our communication and service was below our standards. Unfortunately your address is in a very rural area that is difficult to access in the winter due to snow. With closures at the mountain passes we have very slim windows for service in this area. This order also called for a Curbside delivery which is why the delivery was not performed into your residence. We are unfortunately not allowed to deliver into residences when these services are not requested due to liability and costs regardless of the weather conditions which were as you stated a snow storm. Because our services were delayed due to weather and our communication was poor we have refunded all charges on this order. In the future we request that you remember the delivery drivers are doing their best in very difficult conditions and verbal attacks are not helpful or warranted. We have used your review and order as an opportunity to better train our staff during winter month operations around this mountain pass area.
