WORST MILITARY MOVE OF MY LIFE! Our stuff was packed out in July and now it's November and I still haven't received it! They almost never answer the phone and when she does she has no answers at all. OH and to top it all off I was just contacted by a young man who received MY couch in his household goods shipment! This company doesn't care about the customers at all

The military picked this company to move my husband and I's belongings to Virginia back in February. The two men that packed up and loaded our belongings were amazing. They were professional and took care of our belongings. They explained the process and made us feel reassured, for this was our first big move. Nothing was lost or broken on delivery day.

We ordered a large shed on Wayfair and Coast Transfer and Storage delivered the shed without having me sign the paperwork. I waited home all day for them and asked them to please call me when they arrive. They didn't call they just dropped the huge and heavy shed in front of our garage door. I called to complain and the office said the delivery people would be back later in the day to move it for me but they didn't come back. We had to get help and move it ourselves. Very unprofessional and I let Wayfair know we are very unhappy with this company.
