Good at setting up a new transport but terrible at wanting to relocate the same transport again. Mine was a whopping 3 mile move ! Both the Owner and the Son were frustratingly difficult to reach. They rarely answers cell calls and mailboxes had not been set up or they were full. If you want reliability and your time is valuable then you just can’t trust this transport company to simply organize themselves in communications. I have an idea ! Hire someone to take calls and follow up with the folks that are calling to Give you Money to sustain your Business and need your help. Or don’t and we will just let someone else MAKE THAT MONEY. 💵💸
