  The service was awesome from start to finish. The initial appointment was on-time, efficient and quick. The rep (Steve) made a GREAT first impression - neatly and professionally dressed, which is important when all you have to go on to judge a company is how the reps look. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and accommodating in helping me decide which services I needed/didn't need. Steve gave me a discount (didn't have to) based on the amount and type of stuff I had. Moving isn't cheap and you get what you pay for. The pick-up happened on time and was so fast -it was over before I knew it. The driver was friendly and extra careful to not let my pets out the door. I wish I got his name to thank him in this review. Charlene, my Coleman moving coordinator, was an absolute treasure. She contacted me every step of the way. I had to reschedule the delivery date two more times because my new house closing date changed twice after the first scheduled delivery date. Charlene took care of all of the details each time with no hesitation, to ensure my stuff would be delivered when I wanted/needed - getting your stuff when YOU want it is a huge convenience. She even sent emails to ask how I was personally doing with the move (from FL to NY) just to keep in touch. That kind of service is above and beyond and rare. The delivery was on time and I mean on-time. The driver said 1:00 and he was at my house at 1:00 (not the typical BS "between 8 AM and 4 PM window"). It snowed that day and Mike (also courteous and professional), put down floor liners in my house to keep my floors/rugs clean and dry. When he removed them, it was like he was never there. I highly recommend Coleman-Allied if you want your possessions moved with the professionalism that gives you confidence in great service and peace of mind. These folks know what they are doing and they do it with a smile, kind words, and care!

  I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the service and the 3 men who delivered our possessions. After being in storage much longer than expected, we were thrilled when the truck arrived right on time. I would highly recommend Coleman!

  We had a large interstate move, along with my father's. They lost 5 cartons of my father's belonging & the office has been horrible to work with. Steve Bruno, the salesman was professional at first, but then the terms & price of the contract changed. Upon delivery we told them the truck wouldn't fit down our driveway but the delivering truck driver had no clue. My father's move was a disappointment too. Missing items & their office was of no help trying to relocate them. Buyer BEWARE!
