  I have nothing but good things to say. From start to finish my experience was positive. I was incredibly nervous finding a mover because every single mover had nightmare reviews and stories. But from the beginning I felt at ease. Brian came out and was super professional and straightforward with his estimate. Explained everything to me. Everything seemed very clear and transparent. I chose Coleman because of the binding quote, and the fact that of all of the people who came out, Brian was the most personable and seemed the most genuine about his work. He answered all of my questions leading up to the move. I was always able to get ahold of him directly by phone, and email. We were given a window of movers arriving between 8-10am on a Saturday and they showed at 8:05am with a whole crew. Darlena and David were amazing, and their entire crew was just fantastic. By the end of it all I felt like they were family. They were fast, efficient, professional and took complete care of our things. We were estimated to have our stuff within 4-8 days and they delivered on day 5. Unloaded quickly, put everything back together, were very efficient and took really great care getting everything where it was supposed to go. From our experience we give 5 Stars A+++. If we ever were to move again I would absolutely use them again.

  DO NOT use this company. I had issues from start to finish. My move started in AL and ended in CO. This has been the worst experience I’ve encountered with a move. From movers NOT showing up, to packers taking 3 hour lunch breaks, numerous dings on furniture, poor communication—manager at the AL location told my rep. Chris, that he was too busy to address my concerns because he had to get ready for a wedding— keep in mind I called during business hours. I will never use Coleman/Allied again. My recommendation is to use Mayflower or hire local movers to load a POD, and then have local movers unpack at your final destination. For the amount of money spent on this move ($13K+) the service received was extremely disappointing. And no one would take accountability; the AL location kept blaming the Colorado Springs location and vice versa. Again, DO NOT use this company. I wish I could give 0 starts because that’s more indicative of the service I experienced.

  Allied makes promises, but doesn’t follow through. They assured me that they would have a third party company on site to disassemble our treadmill. Didn’t happen. We were guaranteed delivery by July 23rd. Delivery actually happened on August 13th. Bed parts are missing, but all I get are excuses. Getting through to customer service is impossible. I would strongly advise avoiding this moving company.
