  The movers were friendly when they delivered my things for a military move, but the office staff is completely unprofessional. I had several calls be un returned during the time when they were in possession of our belongings, and now this. The movers took our inventory sheet with them when they left, and we needed it to fill out a claim for lost and damaged goods. I called at 9am, and was told I would get a copy of it sent right over, but 2 hours later still hadn't received it. I called again, and was told by the same person, that she was sorry she forgot, and I would have it within the hour. 3 hours later, after still not receiving the email, I called AGAIN, and was told "oh sorry, just got back from lunch." So now at 2pm i finally received the paperwork that i have been waiting all day for. Half of the things I needed to get done today revolved around that list. (which weren't able to get done)

  Tried to get a quote to get family moved. Went to their office and the one guy that handled that was gone so left my name and number, called several times and left my name and number each time, stopped back by and left my name and number again. A week later I'm getting fantastic customer service from Texas Movers Direct.

  Every part of this process, from the in-home visit, the packing/loading, and unloading at our new home was amazingly smooth. The moving coordinator checked in with me every step of the way, and I was always informed on what was happening when. I highly recommend this company for any type of move!
