Charges not comparable to the work actually done. The estimated work to be completed with the move was far less than what was actually done but yet I was charged for the over estimated work. If you value your belongings, do not use this company. They had my stuff in their possession for under two weeks and still managed to damage every major piece of furniture I had moved. Here it is a week after my move and I have heard nothing regarding the damage claims I submitted.

Mover requires 2 hour window for truck/staff arrival. Truck arrived outside of that window. This is an industry practice with little regard for the time of the customer who must be present for the entire window.

They showed up on time as promised for pre-move, loading and unloading. Their crews (2 or 3) were courteous and worked steadily. We had several antique pieces to move, including a couple of oval dresser mirrors that would have been impossible to replace. The fragile stuff all arrived intact. There were a few dings and scuffs on some other pieces but nothing too serious. All in all a satisfactory experience.
