Do not use this company if you need timely delivery of your goods. The movers picked up our household items on 10/18/21. We moved cross country and arrived on 11/7. We requested earliest delivery at the earliest time possible (11/8/21) since it took our goods from 10/18 - 11/5/21 to arrive in Spokane. Since we have nothing in our home, we are having to pay out of pocket for lodging. Today, Coleman quoted us an earliest delivery of 11/23/21 since they do not work on weekends. If that date doesn't work, we are forced to be delayed another week to 11/30/21. We either have to wait until they can fit us in or we can pay out of pocket to rent a Uhaul and movers to collect our belongings from them and they will not refund the monies owed for their inability to timely deliver, should we choose this option. Absolutely do not recommend.

The loading crew and the unloading crews were fantastic and did a great job. The logistics side of this move was brutal. Communication was nonexistent to the point just to get answers I had to call corporate headquarters. Will never use Coleman Allied again. This was my 3rd cross country move in ten years and first with Colman Allied as well as the last
