I had previously used Allied to move from Kentucky to Maryland about 5 years ago, and that was a wonderful experience. I recently moved back to Kentucky from Maryland, and the experience was HORRIBLE!!! For several days I had no idea as to where my stuff was even located. I could not get a response from my move coordinator, until I finally called the supervisor. The movers themselves proceeded to argue in front of me over putting my beds back together, which they took apart. Multiple items arrived broken, and I'm still finding things broken! Majority of these items are antique and cannot be replaced. I would not recommend Coleman Allied to my worst enemy! Worst experience of my life.

Coleman Allied were professional and clearly stated the regulations regarding moving. The van driver was courteous and professional. He contacted me regularly as to his arrivals.

I moved from Kentucky back to Florida; both Sarah McMullen and Jcynthia in the Louisville office deserve 5 stars. My driver Brian and his son Justice also deserve 5 stars. My moving coordinator was working out of the main office and with Central time zone was at times difficult to reach her. She also did not call/text me when I was being packed up; I had to reach out to her. I don't feel for an almost $5,000 move that her part in the process was professional. Also her text messages could have been more professional; for example you don't start with "Hey"; Ms. Kubala or Margie would have been appropriate. My move number: AL251784.
