Moved from Montgomery out of state. They lost a couch and kitchen table. Damaged several other items. They stored our stuff for a while and we gave them a month's notice of our move in date. A week before, they told us they had already booked their driver and they wouldn't be able to deliver on time. They were quick to answer calls when setting up the move, but once there were problems they suddenly never pick up or call back.

Do not use this company if you value your property. Used them to transport my belongings from South Carolina to Nebraska. They made a big deal about transporting my small handgun securely. However, when the box that my gun had been in arrived, the bottom of the box had been cut open by one of them and the handgun was stolen and replaced with a rock. Had to file a police report as this is a felony. I doubt this company does background checks. Don’t let these people into your house! Have yet to receive a call from them apologizing.

If I could give a minus rating I would. This company’s employees are all arrogant, rude and dishonest. I will never recover the valuable antiques ruined beyond repair, the items stolen including Christmas ornaments made by my adult children when they were in preschool. I personally will never recover from the horrors of my experience with everyone of these people. From the packers to the salesman to the managers. If you value your peace of mind and your possessions run run run from this company. I did not find even one employee who was honest and professional.
