August 2019: Easy to get my shipment from overseas. They delicately handle my package. Didn’t have any damage, quick service and nice/helpful employees. Update 2021: I had set up move by having movers come to my house and pack my items. The 3 individuals who showed were very delightful and funny. Has some great conversations and they worked hard in ensuring my items were packed and carried down from the the third floor of my apartment safely. I shipped my items out of state and they arrived within the set time frame. I was even able to work with the driver on delivering the items to a storage unit instead of the original set location. Everything made it safely and was not broken or lost.

If you are going to have operating hours on a weekend you should have someone that answers the phone to deal with customer service issues. We are scheduled for a delivery on a weekend and have had no confirmation from the company.
