We used them for a military move. The entered rooms that we told them not to enter. My cats were let out. It took us over 5 hours to find one of my cats. Two workers looked around some but one worker just laughed and went and sat in the truck for the remainder of the day. Then day two almost $100 was stolen from my 7 year old sons piggy bank. I am terrified to receive our good. I’m sure more will be wrong and I will update my review then…

This review has nothing to do with the ability to provide service and everything to do with the way Allied and Coleman American Moving Services (the company they contracted the work to). My close friend is in the middle of a very stressful move back to the Midwest and had reached out to Allied to have them move her across the country. She secured a quote and an appointment to have someone come and look at what all needed to be moved. First, her appointment was rescheduled twice. Then when she finally did talk to someone who identified himself as “John with Allied”, he proceeded to provide the worst service imaginable. I get that moving from the West Coast right now is hard due to the number of people doing the same thing but after being rescheduled twice, she received a text that simply said they were booked for the month and to call if she still wanted to talk. When she called, he proceeded to just tell her how booked they were and that the people she talked to were on the East Coast and have no clue what they are dealing with out here. I also called Allied to give them a chance to fix this and was told I would receive a call back after they contacted the contracted company and never heard back. That is completely unprofessional and is horrible customer service. If you are planning a move, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a moving company!

Stay away! This company is horrible to work with. They will charge you premium prices but you'll receive amateur service! A move is stressful, so you think paying a premium for a 'premium' moving company will help alleviate that stress. No way! They added to an already stressful process. Again, stay away!
