  The crew that moved me were very careful with my belongings. They were all courteous and friendly. They worked in a concise manner that shaved time off of my move, saving me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

  Bottom line: stay away. If you're assigned Coleman, especially the branch/warehouse in Montgomery as a part of your PCS, do what you can to get another TSP. I was scheduled to pack out over two days with a third day pickup for my household goods. On both day 1 and day 2 of packing Coleman's movers called it quits before 3PM despite making little headway on the job. They said they'd come by on a Saturday to finish packing, but never showed. I called on Saturday around noon to see what was going on and was then told both my packing and pick up would be completed on the same day. If I didn't call the warehouse they probably would have never let me know what was going on. The day of my pickup, the crew didn't show until around noon because they drove from over 3 hours away in Georgia and they couldn't finish the pack job that day, so now we were officially late and past the pack out date. The manager came by to apologize and told me to expect a crew to pick up my goods the next day at 9AM. Instead, one man showed up the next day with a mostly full truck around 4:30PM. To the manager's credit, he came by around 6PM to help and we finished loading my household goods close to midnight. Since then they have missed my Required Delivery Date by over two weeks, despite being only a 10 hour drive away. I know that times are tough and covid makes things challenging, but I have had OCONUS PCSes that went far better than this one. I've been in the military for 13 years and have had to move 8 times throughout my career, but this PCS experience has been by far the worst. They have been late multiple times, uncommunicative and uncooperative throughout the entire process.

  We have used Coleman/Allied for 4 separate moves. In addition, they have stored our furniture for over a year while we relocated and built a home. This is a tuff business but Coleman has always been responsive, professional and good at what they do. Hopefully, this is our last move but if not, we will use Coleman again. Great job.
