I called another place to remove a sleeper sofa and other items from a 3rd floor condo with no elevator and they did not provide prompt responses, adequate scheduling, or adequate personnel or a proper vehicle to get the job done. I called these guys and got prompt response, professional follow up and alerts, proper staff and a vehicle to accommodate the haul and the 2 guys that worked with us were great. I also had 55 boxes of flooring hauled up to the unit, and they are paid by time for that, and the guys didn't stall or waste time to increase the $$ I was spending. I can say that although it was more money than the other service quoted, I am glad I spent the extra money and got it done when promised. Well worth it!
