Be wary of the paper work, my brand new TV was broken and I received a $60 credit cause it’s based on weight. They don’t care and customer service is super unprofessional. They only told me no after a week when I reached back out. I have moved with many companies before and I will NEVER use them again. It’s not the workers fault they try but this company is a rip off.. you have insurance so you say so pay for my TV.
