  Just save yourself some time and hassle and go with another mover. They never completed a move for me as I had to postpone. I was clearly informed I would receive a full refund of my deposit if I had to cancel within ~10 Days. I cancelled only about 3 days later online, and did not receive any message about a refund. Once I called I was informed it was "required" to call directly to get that refund. I was still within the cancellation period and I was told I would be issued a refund. A month passes and I never received the refund and have now had to call 3+ times. Each with the same response that "they will let the company know". This move was for SEPTEMBER of last year. This is really not a complicated ask, and I just would appreciate my money back as I followed and respected their policy, Go with someone more reliable, should have steered away to begin with that brand name.

  Just book elsewhere!! I had the worst experience with this company. It isn't fair when booking an appointment that they were not up-front about the miscellaneous fees they charge. Secondly, the crew that showed up for my move, were not the most professional, dressed or work ethic. Throughout the duration of my move one guy was on his phone multiple times (while they charge by the hour)! They damaged my property and agreed to reimburse me, for that and the undisclosed fees, but lied about that as well, and I never received a dime. I do not recommend, unless you want broken furniture, poor service and to be overcharged. Their site is a lie; they're not honest, uniformed, and they don't have up-front pricing! I'm sure that I can go on and on!! DO NOT ignore these negative reviews. This company and their staff do not care about you or your property, they care about your money. Do yourself a favor, and book elsewhere!

  The movers did not get the key to their truck from their supervisor, and as a result, arrived much later (3.5 hours) than scheduled and did not have any supplies or tools. They did not wrap any of our items (as advertised) as they did not have any supplies, including the required bags for the mattresses. We had to go out and get them tools and ultimately, we put all of our own furniture back together, as they were way over time. Because the items weren't wrapped, they scratched the new, $10k flooring that was just installed and damaged the freezer. They scratched new paint in multiple places that we need to pay to have repainted. I think that they tried their best, but because they had no supplies, it was a mess. Their supervisor did not set them up for success.
