We will never use these guys again. They came out, looked at all of our things and gave us a quote. Showed up the day of the move with a truck that turned out to be not big enough to hold everything. When we got to our new address they started unloading the truck, just tossing things everywhere. They struggled trying to get the refrigerator through the front door and once it was finally in the house we noticed our brand new refrigerator was damaged. As we were pointing out the damages to the movers, the General Manager Marcos showed up to drop off the rest of our things that were left at the house. We then brought the damages to his attention. He took pictures of the damages, had us fill out a damage claim form, and asked if we had the owner’s manual with make and model. Which of course at that moment we didn’t, because all of our thing were boxed up. He then said not to worry about it and that he had everything he needed and that they would be in touch. After a few days we tried to follow-up with them to find out the status of our claim. We were told the Office Manager Charles was out, but would get back with us the next day. Every day after that my husband would call. They never answered his calls and he left messages that were never returned. I then called and my call was returned immediately, probably because they didn't have my number on file. They gave me another excuse as to why we hadn't heard from them, but he thought they had come to a resolution. The next day we received an email from the General Manager Marcus, saying the claim was denied and there was no negligence on their part and the refrigerator was properly wrapped. We know the damages were done by them, because we have pictures that were taken prior to the move. We are extremely disappointed and embarrassed to admit we used them. SO IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS YOU’VE WORKED HARD FOR, DON’T USE THESE GUY’S BECAUSE THEY COULD CARE LESS.

Excellent service. Movers were friendly and reliable. They were able to load and unload my items with no issues. Owner also came to inspect and assist with the move. This is something you hardly see from a business but great job guys. Certainly looking forward to do my next move with them.

Process of getting my stuff loaded unto their trucks and offloaded at the new location was seamless. The HUNKS were careful loading and unloading and I had no damages at all. Recommend the HUNKS 100%.
