I was in desperate need on a Sunday afternoon for a secure location to store my vehicle. Time was of the essence. I called Patty, the manager of Compass Self Storage and explained the situation to her. Without hesitation, Patty said to drive over to the Compass location and they (she) would find a secure location for the vehicle. Patty was extremely receptive and offered two secure locations within the compound to choose from. I had no doubt that the vehicle would be safe there under her watchful eye. Patty was one of the most pleasant individuals that I have ever met. We have used numerous storage facilities over the years and Patty made this occasion definitely the most pleasurable. Patty, no doubt is a true and valuable asset to Compass Self Storage. I would highly recommend dealing with Patty at this location. Thanks, Chip H.

When I say I felt I needed an angel and a helping hand in what has been one of the hardest moves I’ll ever probably make in my life. Tonia Fry was exactly what god sent me. You gave me a sense of hope that although this move isn’t what I want that It will be ok. Stay strong and pure it’s people like you that make me remember my Husband and Gods Grace . Thank you again for everything you did above and beyond what you had to for me. 100/10 recommend for all your moving and storage needs

A gal, Tonya, was the most helpful. Her friendly personality was only surpassed by her professional demeanor. The unit was clean and I felt safe going there alone Can’t say enough about Compass storage in route 466 in the villages!
