This is without a doubt the BEST experience I've ever had in renting a storage unit in any state!!! Shannon is remarkable, very professional and friendly. It was like dealing with a best friend! This was the first place i looked at storage units and because is her, it was the Last! I rented the unit and could not be more pleased! Do yourself a favor and go see Shannon at Compass, and then have a great day!!! I wish i could give them 10 stars!!!

Thanks Hunter for being so helpful and kind! Very clean and secure place for offsite storage. Update, new management, and customer service with her is impossible. Never answers the phone and rent keeps raising. Won’t use this particular site again.

Great place with great staff. They have climate control and noon-climate units. There is also a satellite location off Virginia Loop that is managed from this office.
